Hello there!
My name is Sven Klassen, and I come from a small town located in southwestern Germany, situated between Karlsruhe, Mannheim, and Heidelberg.
I began my career at KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology), where my boss discouraged me by stating that I wasn't good at IT and would not be able to achieve my goals. However, after eight years of hard work and dedication to web development and IT, I became highly successful in my field. This experience led me to aspire to become a better leader than the ones I had encountered in the past. I believe that employees are the most important asset of any organization, and that it is my responsibility as a leader to serve them.
As a servant leader, I aim to help my employees grow by providing an environment that fosters intrinsic motivation and enables them to perform at their best. This approach creates a win-win situation for both the company and its employees, as a motivated and engaged workforce ultimately leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.
